6. Evaluating plants policy

About six months after implementing the plan, you should verify whether the activities have had the desired effect. Determine how employees have fared since the introduction of the green policy. Establish how many healthy plants have been introduced, whether the plants are being properly cared for, how many people have attended briefings concerning the policy, how many people are aware of the policy, and whether people are happy about the policy. In the longer term the effects on absence due to illness can also be measured, so that you gain insight into the costs and benefits of the policy. Formulate recommendations for further activities and suggestions for improvements.
